You can pretty much just start writing and inputting thumbs and what not - but if you'd like you can use these codes:

Titles/headers:

Altering the top links and Inputing stamps
Press options on your journal editing page and find the header section (pretty much top of page)
You will only have to do this once, remember to press "save skin" when you are done

Top Links:
replace "your link here" with your link - they go from left to right, so the first is "tutorials" and the last is "surprise"
